This picture was taken in GaoYing Street, Hangzhou, China. Once I arrived, they have these parade, and I can only captured these pictures spontaneously, so the quality is bad, and I have no time to compose the picture's composition. Pixelpost isnt showing the EXIF data because I processed the picture in another laptop, using Picasa, and uploaded it to my flickr. And Saved it from flickr on my own laptop to upload it here. What should I improve in this picture?
